Designed to align your training approach with your performance goals, this analysis helps identify areas for improvement, track progress, build performance durability, and drive results.

What's Included:

  • Kick-off Consultation – A 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals, areas of focus, past performance, prior training and generally explore what you hope to discover
  • Full Data Analysis – In-depth review of all training and racing sessions by expert coach using WKO5 and TrainingPeaks
  • Post-Review Report & Debrief – A detailed written report followed by a 1-hour Zoom discussion covering findings and actionable recommendations

When combined with your own self-evaluation, this review becomes a powerful foundation for smarter training decisions and achieving personal milestones.

Requirements:

All training and racing data must be logged on TrainingPeaks. For the most meaningful analysis, power and heart rate data should be recorded for the majority of sessions.
