SwissRX Synthesis: Final Word
For anyone who missed my earlier posts, I tried this product for 30 days to see if it produced the promised benefits. That has been completed and I have now had 2 1/2 weeks without taking it and have been trying to perceive a loss of said benefits.

Your mileage may vary, and others have said they were "shocked" by the benefits, but I have been unable to perceive ANY difference during the intake period or in the subsequent wash-out.
I noted in previous posts that this supplement may be best utilized by those focusing on strength training (rather than endurance training). So, it just could be that I am not the right kind of athlete for this supplement.
In any case, I will not be incorporating this into my daily routine.
What is my "daily routine"? It is pretty minimal. I am not a regular supplement taker. I'll occasionally buy a multivitamin and take that until I run out. I should be taking Vitamin D because I had a blood test that indicated it was needed. Other than that, the only thing I have consistently incorporated into my daily routine is a scoop of protein powder in my oats in the morning. So, I guess that makes me a good test subject because it's basically just regular food going into my system.
