SwissRX Synthesis - 1 week update

- Weeks 1-2: Noticeably improved recovery between training sessions
My first impression is no major effect.
Training load has been fairly consistent on the high side of the recent range. I haven't felt noticeably fresher or better recovered from day-to-day. I have felt pretty good for a "higher" volume week, but did notice fatigue accumulate slightly through the week.
The only potential effect is a very stable overnight resting heart rate. Throughout the week this remained at the bottom of my "recovered range" (stayed at 40, typical range 39-42). I am not convinced this is due to the supplement though as I began seeing this 1-2 days before starting.
That said, I am not passing final judgment. There is always the possibility for a delayed response or at least an individualized response that is different than the claimed benefits. Stay tuned...
