Off-season Reset

It is often a good idea to take a significant break in the "off" or "transition" season. Personally, I don't want it to be too long, but long enough to feel like a real mental reset. For me that is usually 1-2 weeks. Often I'll stay active, but at a much lower level and volume than when I am training or just in my normal active routine.

This year I am going to include a serious change of scenery as well.
